Development versions of BLFS may not build or run some packages properly if LFS or dependencies have been updated since the most recent stable versions of the books.

Installation of Garcon

Install Garcon by running the following commands:

./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc &&
make

This package does not come with a test suite.

Now, as the root user:

make install

Installed Programs: None

Installed Library: libgarcon-1.so and libgarcon-gtk3-1.so

Installed Directory: /usr/include/garcon-1, /usr/include/garcon-gtk3-1, and /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/garcon
