Miscellaneous Errata

• In Section 6.47.2 Contents of GRUB, the following programs are listed that should be deleted: grub-mkdevicemap, grub-setup, and grub-bin2h.
• In Section 8.4.2 GRUB Naming Conventions, the example is no longer valid.
